Terms of Service
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SpecGraph, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided through the platform.
Use license
SpecGraph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute any part of the service without prior written consent.
User accounts
Accounts are created by organization administrators or through invitation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Intellectual property
Content you upload to SpecGraph remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. All platform code, design, and documentation remain the intellectual property of SpecGraph.
Limitation of liability
SpecGraph is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend access immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.
Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Privacy Policy
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, organization details, and content uploaded to the platform. We also collect usage data including page views, feature interactions, and session duration.
How we use information
Your information is used to provide and improve the SpecGraph service, communicate important updates, and generate AI-powered analysis of your specification documents. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Data storage
All data is stored in secure, encrypted databases. Documents and attachments are stored in isolated storage buckets with access controls. We retain your data for the duration of your account plus 30 days after termination.
Third-party services
We use third-party AI providers to power specification analysis features. Your content is sent to these providers for processing but is not stored or used for model training. We also use standard infrastructure providers for hosting and delivery.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Organization administrators can export all project data. To exercise these rights, contact us through the platform or at the address below.
